Campus Diversity Issues

 

From her early experiences as a faculty member, her leadership of the Iowa Civil Rights Commission and her administrative experience as a hiring official, Dr. Bataille has developed strategies and mechanisms to improve the diversity of higher education institutions.  She has been personally and professionally committed to ensuring that the pipeline to leadership in higher education is diverse. She is prepared to work with faculty, department chairs, deans or the cabinet to assess the current status of an institution’s diversity efforts and develop strategies to meet new goals.
