Leadership Resilience: Strategies for Aligning Your Values, Priorities

Learn how to increase your leadership resiliency by examining your values and the degree to which they influence your current priorities and commitments. You will explore what behaviors you must unlearn (e.g. are you addicted to A+ behavior?) and what steps you must take to achieve a great degree of alignment. Individual follow-up will include a suggested reading list and a take-home exercise to inventory four interrelated areas of your success profile. This session will begin in the morning and continue after lunch.

Barbara Kaufman, Ph.D., president of ROI Consulting Group, Inc., has invested more than 20 years as an executive, business coach and educator in helping organizations increase their leadership effectiveness. Dr. Kaufman's clients include a wide range of nonprofit and public sector organizations.
